Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders at the group level, both locally and regionally, to ensure efficient progress of all projects.
- Drive and monitor external stakeholders (if applicable) to ensure adherence to corporate standards.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout project execution.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Project Description, Timeline, Project Steps, Milestones, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix, Communication Matrix, Authority Matrix, KPIs/KBIs, etc. Facilitate workshops with relevant parties to gather input and ensure alignment.
- Identify and secure necessary internal and/or external resources, whether financial or non-financial, to successfully deliver planned projects.
- Provide coaching and support to relevant parties during the Request for Proposal (RFP) process in conjunction with strategic sourcing for required services.
- Ensure adherence to required governance, including documentation and processes, across all projects.
- Take responsibility for accurate and timely reporting against project plans and budget, in accordance with appropriate governance standards.
- Act as the Project Manager for overall planning, coordination, execution, delivery, and completion of large, multi-site processes and projects on a global scale, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering engagement and collaboration to achieve project deliverables and milestones.
- Provide bimonthly reports on project performance and updates by department, in addition to monthly reporting to C-level executives. Prepare a quarterly newsletter highlighting project achievements and updates.
- Ensure all projects are consistently updated in the project management system, with relevant data included. Monitor and follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks within the system.
- Ensure proper setup of reports and dashboards on Power BI and the Project Management System before going live.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impede the successful execution of the transformation initiative and develop robust risk mitigation plans to address them effectively.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential barriers to change, ensuring that project delivery remains on track and successful outcomes are achieved.
- Identify strategic partnership, collaboration, and alliance opportunities that can expedite the organization's transformation initiatives.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, industry experts, and thought leaders to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends, ensuring the organization remains well-informed and positioned for success.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting platforms is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering + certified in project management.
