The primary goal of this job position is to establish fresh avenues for business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales channels, reaching out to global tour operators and travel agencies, in Chinses sourcing market, introducing innovative products, negotiating partnerships and agreements, and achieving the organization's financial targets.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. implementing effective sales and marketing strategies at China market remotely.

2. Generating fresh prospects for business growth by identifying and pursuing innovative sales channels whether online or offline.

4. Reaching out to global tour operators and travel agencies in China Market, and tailoring adaptable proposals based on their needs.

5. Examining and analyzing sales data and conducting market research to identify travel trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

6. Providing the Business Development Manager with information on customer behavior and feedback regarding the product (flights, hotels quality, excursions, pricing in comparison to market, etc.).

7. Collecting intelligence, updates and feedback on competitors (products, quality of service, proposals, customers reviews, etc.), and analyzing this data to enhance the company's strategy and competitive advantage.

8. Collaborating with the operations team to create customized excursions that meet the requirements of customers, with the ultimate aim of boosting revenue streams.

9. Negotiating contracts with partners, customers, and other stakeholders, and evaluating potential partnerships.

10. Providing assistance and support for the company's participation in various public and private networks, including handling contractual activities through these relationships, and other public relations activities.
