As a Drilling Services Technical Support Engineer, you will provide real-time technical support for the MWD/LWD product portfolio and associated software. With the goals to prevent/minimize non-productive time for customers and drive requirements for product or service enhancements you will investigate and analyze unsatisfactory product or service performance.

As a Drilling Services Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring compliance and Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
- Supporting the field technically through different media ( online, phone calls and technical papers)
- Supporting 24/7 for Critical Operations in the field when needed
- Sharing the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database
- Following up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field
- Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job
- Coaching other technical resources in their area of expertise
- Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
- Handling Product line specific responsibilities
- Handling special projects as required

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in drilling services
- Have bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have ability to develop and mentor others
- Be available on call outside of normal business hours
