**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Oversee and track all incoming leads from various channels, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
- **Qualify Leads**: Assess leads based on predetermined criteria to identify the most promising prospects.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through timely and consistent follow-ups, enhancing our reputation and trustworthiness.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring all relevant information is seamlessly communicated to the Acquisitions/Sales Team.
- **CRM Updates**: Regularly update and manage lead information in CRM systems, ensuring that all contact details and interactions are current and accurate.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies, contributing to a more efficient sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous work experience as a Lead Manager is a MUST
- Strong **English** communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management software and Dialer.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Technical Requirements**
- **Laptop or desktop with a noise-canceling headset and dual monitors.**:

- **Windows operating system should be i5 and up with at least 4GB of RAM.**:

- _**Internet Speed**:_ **15mbps above with LAN connection.**

**How to Apply**:
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£17,000.00 per month
