Workplace Experience and Engagement Executive

As a Workplace Experience and Engagement Officer, you will be the driving force behind creating a workplace environment that not only supports the efficient functioning of our front office but also amplifies the energy and engagement levels of our employees. You will be responsible for overseeing front office operations while simultaneously curating initiatives and events that foster a positive and motivating workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities:

**1. Front Office Management**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a clean, organized, and well
- functioning workspace.
- Coordinate the scheduling of meeting rooms, conference calls, and other front office resources efficiently.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including providing access badges, orientation materials, and office tours.
**2. Employee Engagement**:
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events.
- Organize and execute workplace events, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and
- celebrations, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Gather feedback from employees through surveys, interviews, and other channels to identify opportunities for improvement in the workplace experience.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, facilitate open communication, and resolve workplace-related issues.
**3. Events & CSR Activities**:
- Identify and establish partnerships with community organizations and charities.
- Promote employee involvement in volunteer programs and fundraising activities.
- Lead the support and execution of CSR activities and initiatives aligned with the company's values and goals.
- Monitor and report on CSR progress and impact.

Undergrad in Business Administration/Management or any related field.
**Experience:
