Personnel & Office Manager

Attend meetings and take notes to follow up with the execution, and raise flags and reminders.
Assist General Manager and other department members in producing reports.
Schedule & prepare agenda meetings and coordinate activities among departments.
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Manage the budget for stationery and office supplies, IT expenses, as well as others.
Produce marketing gifts, brochures and manage exhibition-related projects.
Manage the appointment, contract, and termination procedures including job advertisements and contracts for the employees.
Follow up on attendance, dismissal, annual leave, penalties, bonuses, and everything related to employees in that regard.
Manage the training requests by receiving, searching for, and selecting, implementing, and following up.
Manage the social and health insurance issues: including workers' insurance, their termination at the end of their service, Car insurance, as well as accident insurance for engineers and technicians, and health insurance cards.
Manage the private insurance policies: including the company's warehouses, administrative headquarters
Review legal and commercial agreements.
Attend the annual board meetings and arrange with the lawyers all the legal and other documentation required.
Salary**: 8,000 LE - Gross Salary per month.
