**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Supporting the company management in planning issues relevant to sales with regard to volume planning and profitability
- Compiling resources planning for the new and used vehicle inventory and developing measures to optimize inventory management
- Developing concepts to increase turnover and profitability in Sales and reaching agreement on these with the company management
- Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures
- Ensuring correct/involvement in seasonal design of showroom, taking Mercedes-Benz standards into consideration
- Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers
- Involvement in interviews and decisions regarding employing new staff
- In contentious cases, clarifying entitlement to commission and assigning this to the corresponding member of sales staff
- Developing and monitoring sales and profit targets for Mercedes-Benz sales staff
- Analyzing attractiveness/profitability of key customers and customer groups/types of business
- Ensuring consistent utilization of all customer contacts
- Monitoring budgets and defined profit goals and objectives for the retail area
- Monitoring the development of incoming orders and deliveries to customers
- Developing measures for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction
- Ensuring information from headquarters is followed up, archived and made available upon request
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree of Business or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Sales including at least 3 in a managerial role
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer and Employee satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Proven Sales track record
