Job Description

  • Perform accurate data entry of clients' information on system.
  • Answer all customer inquires and questions about Lab services in a professional way that reflect company's image and.
  • Handle clients' complaints and escalations effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with and inform Lab of clients' requests.
  • Follow up regarding clients' requests till finalization.
  • Send Lab results to client's through official communication channels.
  • Follow the work schedule and tasks as decided by line manager.
  • Organizing & managing the filing system.
  • Coordinate between different departments.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree from any university.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective email and report writing.
  • Able to focus and perform well under pressure.
  • Has a positive calm attitude.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Honest and has a high level of integrity.
  • Basic Excel skills.
