Senior IT Specialist

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
  • Provide technical support for local and remote users in different locations.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
  • Apply the application of all IT policies and Regulations.
  • Set up and configure surveillance cameras.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
  • Research to solve HW & SW
  • Support & configure servers.


Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science or relevant field
  • The average experience between 3-5 years
  • ODOO ERP system knowledge is preferable.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
  • ESXI & firewall knowledge is a must.
