We are looking for a Personnel Affairs Specialist to work in our Human Resources Department managing Alnafitha's Customer Experiences solutions portfolio.

The Personnel Affairs Specialist will handle various administrative tasks related to personnel affairs, employee records, and HR processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining employee information confidentiality.
  • Assisting in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administering employee benefits programs.
  • Serving as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related concerns.
  • Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assisting in performance management processes and identifying training needs.
  • Staying updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends for compliance.
  • Conducting internal audits and investigations as needed.
  • Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts and termination letters.
  • Supporting HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements

Candidate Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in HR or personnel administration roles.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office.
  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent +4 years of experience in ITIL Foundation. Microsoft 365 certifications. Experience with Cloud technology and AWS. Technical expertise, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
