  • Establish strong partnerships with internal teams to assist in the delivery of marketing initiatives within the geographies.
  • Effectively manage all stakeholders responsible for the successful implementation of any activity including agencies, suppliers, merchants, clients, and others as appropriate.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver E2E integrated VIK opportunities to clients (VCA, products).
  • Identify opportunities in the market through tracking of key payment trends, cardholder behaviour & insights, and evaluate them to create strategic recommendations for future business propositions
  • Scale MIK opportunities and best practices across markets and champion learning from other regions and/or markets to re-apply locally.
  • Review implementation of plans on an ongoing basis and provide guidance to external and internal stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are achieved
  • Manage the admin work and processes related to client contracting.
