- Pro-actively engage in client pitches to fast-track growth of MIK spend vs cash.
- Manage the client marketing programs and funds from planning to execution and ensure a seamless marketing in kind process implementation
- Deliver marketing insights & data capabilities to drive deep partnerships with clients including research, studies and best practice benchmarking through the Visa marketing community
- Lead planning and delivery on Marketing VIK (Value-in-Kind) plans and targets by effectively partnering with external agency partners
- Support the activation of global sponsorship and product platform initiatives with clients.
- Establish strong partnerships with internal teams to assist in the delivery of marketing initiatives within the geographies.
- Effectively manage all stakeholders responsible for the successful implementation of any activity including agencies, suppliers, merchants, clients, and others as appropriate.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver E2E integrated VIK opportunities to clients (VCA, products).
- Identify opportunities in the market through tracking of key payment trends, cardholder behaviour & insights, and evaluate them to create strategic recommendations for future business propositions
- Scale MIK opportunities and best practices across markets and champion learning from other regions and/or markets to re-apply locally.
- Review implementation of plans on an ongoing basis and provide guidance to external and internal stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are achieved
- Manage the admin work and processes related to client contracting.
