Note: The Work will be from Oman.

key responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements for clients.

  2. Auditing: Conduct audits of client financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This may involve examining financial statements verifying transactions and assessing internal controls.

  3. Tax Planning and Compliance: Provide tax planning advice to clients to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns for individuals businesses and other entities.

  4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on financial analysis.

  5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks facing clients such as market volatility regulatory changes or operational challenges. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard client assets.

  6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist clients in developing financial budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and decisionmaking. Monitor performance against budgeted targets and provide analysis to support decisionmaking.

  7. Internal Controls: Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems to prevent fraud errors and inefficiencies in financial processes. Recommend improvements to internal control procedures and policies.

  8. Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and mentor junior staff members providing guidance on technical matters and professional development. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the accounting team.

  9. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering highquality service addressing their concerns and exceeding their expectations. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

  10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards tax laws and regulatory requirements that may impact clients. Ensure that client financial activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  11. Technology Integration: Leverage accounting software and technology tools to streamline processes improve efficiency and enhance accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.



Requirements

  • Availailty to work from Oman.

  • Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (must)

  • Professional certification such as CPA CA CMA IFRS or equivalent (must)

  • Strong technical skills in accounting principles financial reporting and tax laws.

  • Experience in financial analysis auditing and client consultation

  • Excellent analytical communication and leadership abilities

  • Ethical integrity and commitment to ongoing professional development

  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with sectorspecific accounting practices (Preferred)

  • Commitment to staying updated on regulatory changes and industry trends

  • Salary: will be determined after the interview with the CEO.

  • Daily Working Hours: From 8 am to 1 pm & from 4 pm to 8 pm.

  • Weekends: Thursday (halfday) Friday.

  • Annual leave: one paid month including roundtrip ticket often during Ramadan.
