Sales Account Manager

- We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team.
- You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
- Should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. and acting as a point of contact.
- Software Solutions Experience in different technology aspects ( Mobile Applications, Web Development, ERP Implementation and, Digital Marketing ). Average market experience knowledge 2-4 years.
- Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts within very good relation in different industries.
- To be successful as a sales account manager, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results, and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years’ Experience in Software sales
- Females only
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of software selling background is Preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- An ability to send projects proposals and answer inquiries on time
