Job Description:

Objective: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets by developing business strategies attracting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role demands a deep understanding of the CMMS and ERP market competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively sell software solutions that optimize maintenance management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand competitor strategies.

  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead motivate and manage the sales team to ensure they are achieving their sales targets. Provide training and support to improve their sales skills product knowledge and customer service practices.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable CMMS and ERP solutions that meet their business objectives.

  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) to identify areas for improvement. Adjust sales techniques and strategies as needed.

  • Product Demonstration and Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the CMMS and ERP software to potential clients.

  • Contract Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients. Close sales and work with the customer success team to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Keep abreast of new product launches changes in the market and industry trends. Provide detailed reports on sales activities revenues and expenses to the upper management.

  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure cohesive company efforts and customer satisfaction.



RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering IT or a related field.
  • Proven sales executive experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets ( Must).
  • Prior experience in selling ERP or software or technology solutions. ( Must ).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and lead a team( Must).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills ( Must).
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of CRM softwar e and Microsoft Office Suite ( Must ).
