As a Security & Compliance Technical Sales Professional (TSP) you will work with a team of sales technical partner and consulting resources to educate and demonstrate the value of Microsoft security solutions to our customers empowering them to protect govern and safeguard their sensitive data while also managing regulatory compliance requirements and maintaining customer & employee privacy. Your main goal will be to win the technical decision of customers to purchase Microsoft security and compliance solutions. Being part of this team will allow you to strengthen both your deep technical expertise as well as your consultative selling skills across Microsoft and nonMicrosoft cloud native data security solutions architectures programs and technologies.

Primary Focused Domain(s): Microsoft 365 EMS solution Architect Microsoft 365 security and compliance

Responsibilities:
  • Primary technical point of contact for potential customers during the sales process owing and driving technical win for security opportunities and engaging with other teams within and outside the organization throughout the sales cycle. Engaging partners in sellwith scenarios and supporting their technical capabilities is key to scaling solution delivery.
  • Deep technical understanding of Data Security architectures solutions/technologies including Microsoft Information Protection Data Loss Prevention Insider Risk Management Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB).
  • Deep technical understanding of Threat Protection Security architectures solutions/technologies including Microsoft Entra ID Defender for Office 365 Defender for Endpoint Defender for Identity Microsoft Defender XDR and Azure Sentinel.
  • Coordinate weekly with sellers and managers to understand opportunities compete scenarios and engagements to focus on engaging and driving to own and win the technical decisions.
  • Remediates blockers; leads and ensures technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently; builds credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security; and searches for and uses Alnafitha Security customer references; and drives customer intent to consume and drives handoff to customer success for post sales deployment.
  • Lead technical presentations demonstrations workshops architecture design sessions explain demonstrate and architect the solution to help solve customer security challenges and priorities
  • Demonstrates and oversees proof of concepts presents and applies architecture patterns proves capabilities and integration into customer environment and drives crossworkload support for Microsoft solutions for data security. Leverages insights and coaches teams to align new or changing technology to customer needs.

  • Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  • Microsoft 365 Messaging
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Technical Skills:
  • Experience in same or similar technology: 5 (Microsoft 365 Microsoft Active directory Microsoft Exchange SharePoint Enterprise Mobility and Security Windows Virtual Desktop Intune Azure Active Directory AAD Microsoft Information Protection MIP Microsoft Device Management MDM Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft Defender for identity Microsoft defender for O365 Microsoft Cloud Security)
  • Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations
  • Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture hardware and software.
  • Experience across different industry sectors.
  • Good Experience with System center configuration manager.
  • IT networking skills and experience
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent. 2 - 4 years of work experience in similar roles. Experience in RFP, RFI pricing, internal approvals, CRM, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Government Procurement , (Etimad platform), and Bid Management. Experience in preparing customer-centric proposals with attention to detail and information accuracy. Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of bids and RFPs/tenders. Executing and managing the process operations required at each stage of the tender/bidding process, meeting both in and out requirements. Experience in designing optimized solutions to increase productivity and meet SLAs. Strategic planning and implementations to optimize the team\'s efficiency. Expertise in making fund flow models for the project during the pre-sales stage. Maintaining streamlined coordination between the project team and clients for smooth execution of projects. Experience in maintaining business relations with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills Strong research skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word Strong project management skills. Personal Skills: Must have excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation, judgment, analytical, customer service, interpersonal, group, and project/task management skills. Excellent problem solving, planning skills pay attention to detail. High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do. Being able to work on their own or in a team. Being able to work to tight deadlines. Ability to maintain composure during a stressful situation. Fluent in Arabic and English.
