Exchange AD Operation Engineer Outsource

Provide Exchange service management and operation in the light of the vendor best practices.

Monitor the performance of the covered services Operation using its logs and builtin reports.

Suggest the proper monitoring tools to enhance the operation.

Proactively act to alerts and notification that raised through the monitoring activities.

Report all incidents that are submitted by technical team and business users.

Provide 1st line troubleshooting and support regarding Exchange technical issues.

Escalate complex cases to the 2nd line of support when required.

Perform monthly health check processes and procedures for operation.

Assuring overall service durability by providing performance optimization regularly.

Maintain messaging services security strategies policies and procedures.

Coordinate and manage change and incidents management.

Create and update service management and operational documents.

Deploy the approved Microsoft security patches and updates.

Notify service issues discovered through monitoring and resolution.

Manage Mail Security (Antispam ATA security practices and health check)

Manage and maintain Exchange Servers Endpoint Protection.

Monitor data storage thresholds and establish user directories for file management.

Manage and Maintain disaster recovery for Exchange Servers.

Manage and maintain high availability Exchange Servers



Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in AD and Exchange Operation

CCNA (Preferred)

MCSE: Core Infrastructure or equivalent (Must)

MCSE Messaging or equivalent (Preferred)




Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent +4 years of experience in the same position ITIL Foundation(Preferred) Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Identity and Services Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Microsoft 365 Messaging Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Experience with Cloud technology [Saas, Iaas, and Paas] Good knowledge for AWS(Preferable) Familiar with different migration scenarios (Between On-Premises and Cloud) Active directory. SSO solution (Active Directory Federation Service) Technical ideas to non-technical audience and work with individuals at all levels. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral); able to concisely communicate security risks to both technical and business audiences. Active Listening Oral Communication Interpersonal Skills Customer Service Guidance A good memory of how software and operating systems work Problem solving skills A positive attitude and energetic work style An ability to lead others Works to the strategic direction of the organization Excellent time management skills High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English.
