Our transformation office is at the forefront of driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency health care and overall organizational growth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Staff to lead and support our Transformation Office and IT department.

Job Summary:

  • The Head of Staff for the Transformation Office will play a crucial role in reporting the progress of execution of transformation initiatives. This role requires a proactive character with a deep understanding of Technology exceptional organizational skills and the ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration. The Head of Staff will work closely with senior managers to ensure alignment of IT strategies with the companys overarching goals set and measure KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Transformation Office ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the planning execution and delivery of transformation projects reporting their scope budget and timeline status.
  • Monitor and report on risks issues and initiatives outcomes to senior leadership.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration; Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Transformation Office management ensuring cohesive and integrated transformation efforts.
  • Develop and deliver progress organizational structure including assessing headcounts hiring training requirements and capacity to support staff through transformations.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and operational efficiencies within the Transformation Office.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a transformation or project management office.
  • Proven track record of leading largescale IT transformation projects
  • Exceptional leadership communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
