Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and present a comprehensive business case for Factory-Invest-Project, outlining key drivers, success factors, risks, feasibility, technical aspects, and alignment with business and supply chain strategies, focusing on IRR/Payback.
  • Take the lead in managing project team members, providing direct or functional leadership.
  • Coordinate and oversee various workstreams involved in building the investment business case, including factory design, real estate considerations, and assortment planning.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as engineering firms, consultants, and experts, ensuring smooth coordination of activities.
  • Consult and gather input from internal stakeholders within BDF, including tax, legal, customs, and treasury departments.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong technical background with proven experience in overseeing large-scale investment projects related to civil engineering, utilities, and process management.
  • Prior work experience in the Africa Middle East region.
  • Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and question financial key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading international, cross-functional teams, especially those working remotely.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
