You will be responsible forthedelivery of ourtechnical trainingportfolio,evaluating training material, recommendingimprovements,andstayingknowledgeableabout our wind turbines and technology.

You will be a part of training activities both locally and abroad, andan estimate of20 travel days per year is to be expected

For our training execution team we are looking for a self-driven Technical Trainer who is eager to play a part in the execution of technical training and, hence, the development of our technicians across the organization.

We deliverbothsafety andtechnical trainingfor internal and external technicians and provides support to thetrainingdevelopment department on a regular basis - you will take part in these activities.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers Identifies customers' needs and evaluates and obtains training programs and materials from external vendors Completes development of new course materials Prepares cost calculation of trainings Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed May provide technical support in case of complaints
