- Missions :

Conseiller et assister les clients travers les diff rents canaux de communication propos s : T l phone, e-mail, messagerie instantan e, ;

R pondre aux demandes clients et les accompagner jusqu la r solution de leur probl me ;

Transmettre une image positive de l entit qu il repr sente ;

Renseigner les fiches client et ticket support la suite de leurs traitements ;

Transf rer les tickets aux services comp tents et suivre leur tat d avancement jusqu r solution finale dans le respect des d lais pr d finis ;

Escalader les requ tes en souffrance au responsable hi rarchique quand c est n cessaire ;

Documenter les tickets post r solution et alimenter le r f rentiel Questions fr quentes lorsque la solution appliqu e n est pas d j r f renc e ;

mettre des appels sortants en vue de faire le follow-up des tickets et r aliser des enqu tes de satisfaction ;

Suivre les indicateurs individuels de performance et identifier les actions d am lioration mettre en place ;

Proposer de nouveaux services ou offres aux clients pour les fid liser.

Profil

- Formation initiale : BAC+2 / BAC+3 en IT

- Exp rience : Entre 2 et 5 ann es d exp riences dont au moins une ann e probante dans un poste quivalent
- Savoir- tre : Une personne

Sait couter/dialoguer ;

Calme & Diplomate ;

R siste au stress.

- Savoir-faire : Une personne qui sait

Ma triser la gestion de la relation client ;

Sexprimer l crit & loral en Arabe & en Fran ais ;

Param trer une solution IT.



- Formation initiale : BAC+5 en IT ou en Management NB : Les doubles formations sont tr s appr ci es. Id alement, une formation d\'ing nieur en IT coupl e avec une formation en management de la relation client/des projets/des quipes - Exp rience : Plus de 7 ann es d exp rience, dont au moins une probante dans un poste quivalent - Savoir- tre : Une personne A le sens du leadership ; A le sens du relationnel ; Organis e. - Savoir-faire : Une personne qui sait Ma triser les pratiques du marketing et du d veloppement produits IT ; Donner du sens aux actions & Susciter l adh sion de son quipe. D velopper la coh sion entre les membres de son quipe.
