Specific Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations by processing invoices, managing payments and assisting with various accounting tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies before processing payments.
  • Process payment requests to ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Be a point of contact for supplier inquiries.
  • Assist with monthend closing procedures.
  • Prepare account reconciliation statements and identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to other projects as assigned by the Finance team. Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.

  • Experience in working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably SAP.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude, reliable work ethic, and the ability to thrive in work environment.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Competencies
