Archer Manager 2, Facilities Management
Archer Egypt is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facility Manager to join our team.

As a Facility Manager at Archer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities are efficiently managed, safe, and conducive to a productive work environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and overall operations of our physical spaces.

Principal Responsibilities:

Facility Operations:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of all company facilities, ensuring they meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee maintenance tasks, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades, to ensure a wellmaintained and functional environment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate facilityrelated projects.

Space Planning and Management:

  • Optimize space utilization to accommodate company growth, departmental needs, and workflow efficiency.
  • Plan and oversee office layout changes, seating arrangements, and facility expansions.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
  • Implement emergency response plans and conduct regular safety drills.

Security:

  • Implement security protocols and measures to safeguard company assets, information, and employees.
  • Oversee access control systems, surveillance systems, and security personnel if applicable.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage facility budgets, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, utilities, and supplies.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising on facility quality and safety.

Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate and select vendors for facilityrelated services, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance.

Environmental Sustainability:

  • Drive initiatives to promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and ecofriendly practices within the facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Facility Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing facilities and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
  • Problemsolving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of facility staff.
