Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and effective integration between internal commercial processes and external
relations with suppliers and other assigned partners.

  • Review historical sales trends, prepare purchasing forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and
evaluate forecast results.

  • Delivering growth of commercial activities, leveraging on the power of the marketplace, and bringing
orientations, feedback, and support to the commercial team.

  • Help in defining the SKUs for existing and new offerings, and cultivate the categories managers with the
latest trends and market opportunities, and customer needs.

  • By proactive planning of commercial activities, ensuring Sary always has for the customer, the right
products at the best price, at the right place.

  • Develop and optimize processes to streamline the business. Think about how these processes will be
adopted as the company growth.

  • Develop analytical frameworks and models that will help enhance performance in the commercial
function.

  • Understanding all your markets, vendors, and customers, bringing valuable insights and convictions to
support your data-driven commercial recommendations.

  • Ongoing development of different categories of KPIs including food, Nonfood, and BVRG, to ensure a
positive impact and accordingly increase Commercial effectiveness and sales performance.

  • Ensuring full clarity and transparent communication with all assigned stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Responsible for cash budget and cash flow and give insights to utilize inventory cash amount.

Requirements:

  • 810 years of experience in the wholesale FMCG / B2B industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
  • Analytical mind with problemsolving aptitude.
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures.
  • Excellent Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced mathematical and computer skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
