Deine Aufgaben

Als Bedarfsplaner/Operation Associate (m/w/d) arbeitest du direkt mit dem Supply Plan Manager zusammen. Du unterst tzt bei der Sch tzung des k nftigen Produktbedarfs, der Analyse des Bestandsflusses und der Entwicklung von Prognosemodellen.

  • Unterst tzung bei der Erstellung eines effektiven Bedarfsplans in einem wachstumsstarken Umfeld, einschlie lich grundlegender S&OP-Prozesse
  • Mitentwicklung effektiver Prognosemodelle auf der Grundlage historischer Daten, Branchentrends und Nachfrage mustern;
  • Analyse von Prognosen und Bestandssch tzungen
  • Mithilfe bei Risikobewertungen und Ma nahmen zur Risikominderung
  • berwachen und Berichten ber wichtige nderungen in den Absatz- und Produktprognosen
  • Unterst tzung bei der monatlichen Pflege der Prognosen
  • Rechtzeitiges und effektives Ansprechen von nachfragebezogenen Problemen

Requirements :

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Supply Chain oder anderen relevanten Bereichen
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bedarfsplanung/Prognose
  • Verst ndnis von Bestandsmanagementpraktiken und -verfahren
  • Mathematische und statistische Kenntnisse
  • Multitasking-F higkeit in einem schnelllebigen, wachstumsstarken und unternehmerischen Umfeld
  • Effektives Management der Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Professionelle schriftliche und m ndliche Kommunikationsf higkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
