DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on enhancing communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and crosscultural understanding, specifically tailored for Germanspeaking employees
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, and elearning modules, to support the learning objectives
  • Conduct training sessions both inperson and virtually, ensuring active participation and understanding among participants
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements
  • Provide oneonone coaching and support to employees as needed to address specific communication challenges or cultural differences
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cultural nuances relevant to the BPO industry and the Germanspeaking market
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, providing cultural orientation and language support as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in
    German (native or nearnative proficiency) is essential + fluency in
    English (both verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Intercultural Studies, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Previosu experience as a trainer or facilitator, delivering culture and communication training programs in a multicultural environment
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences, communication styles, and business etiquette in both Germanspeaking countries and the global context
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is highly desirable
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels
  • Flexibility to adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with elearning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CTT+, CPLP, ACC) is an advantage.
