- Develop and execute Communication plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement through various marketing channels.
- Enhance internal communication through digital and F2F tactics to enhance culture and build transparency amongst the organization.
- Ensure the marketing communication materials are disseminated internally & externally.
- Liaise with regional publications & portals to build awareness leveraging thought leadership and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns linked to the local and regional marketing plans, including email marketing, webinars, social media advertising, paid search, and display advertising aligning them with growth priorities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Lead the company's regional social media page ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, with optimized content.
- Produce creative campaigns with the support of external agencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, making recommendations for implementation when applicable.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and support the lead management process in EEMEA with the commercial and marketing teams.
