Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship
  • Interact regularly with Client operation leads to discuss service delivery and future planning.
  • Address complaints, manage communications, and solve problems.
  • Proactively prevent issues and enhance service through process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with business continuity, site operations management, and Best Practice procedures.
  • Perform property inspections, review vendor services, and maintain service quality.
  • Support fixed assets management activities and participate in audits and reporting.
  • Adhere to Client's KPIs & SLAs, understand lease agreements, and assist in facilities management.
  • Collaborate with peer Operation managers and ensure knowledge transfer across accounts.

  • Dining Services
  • Manage service agreements, oversee meal delivery, conduct kitchen audits, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Health and Safety Management:
  • Ensure compliance with HS&E regulations and support site HSE Action Plans.
  • Manage contracts, monitor performance of service providers, and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Support financial targets, review property expenditures, and provide reporting as required.

People Management:
  • Lead the FM team, mentor team members, and foster teamwork and cooperation.
  • Direct facilities staff, plan work assignments, and ensure timely service execution.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment, excel in delivering high-quality results, and prioritize safety standards.
