Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including inventory operations and cash flow.Monitor and reconcile shipping companies' cash-on-delivery (COD) reports, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Maintain detailed records of all financial operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.Develop efficient processes for tracking and reporting operational expenses, inventory costs, and revenue.Implement accounting solutions and software to streamline financial processes.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support business growth and financial planning.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to optimize financial workflows, minimizing errors and payment delays.Contact clients and suppliers to keep payments always settled.Provide insights and recommendations for improving cost efficiency and profitability.Conduct periodic audits and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on operations and logistics.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Airtable, Zoho) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations is a plus.Experience with cash-on-delivery processes and reconciling COD reports preferred.Problem-solving skills with the ability to offer process improvements and solutions.
