**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Provide M&A advisory services, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and supporting negotiations.
- Conduct detailed valuation analysis using various methodologies to determine the value of businesses, assets, and investments.
- Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability and potential returns of proposed projects and investments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations to communicate key financial insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modeling, M&A advisory, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
