Under the authority of the Finance Manager, the Financial Controller will:
1. Manage all Financial aspects of different Business Lines of the entities of his / her scope.

2. Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

3. Build and monitor the geographic range budgets:

- Be in charge of the budgetary construction of the scope concerned on the various activities of Voltalia,
- Monitor the budgets and work in close collaboration with the accounting department, BL financial controllers, country managers and department / BL managers,
- Be responsible for financial and accounting information on development and IPP businesses,
- Coordinate and be the referent of the financial information of the different Business Lines.

4. Handle and Coordinate the closing / reporting for the geographic range
- Contributes with Finance Team for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual closing procedures,
- Prepare and present quarterly reviews of the results of the activity to the heads of the departments,
- Takes the lead in assessing the assigned Business Lines’ financial structure through Balance Sheet regular review and analysis,
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information,
- Prepares Cash Flow forecasting when needed,
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

5. Guarantee the quality of information across the entire scope:

- Coordinate information with the different Business Lines: development, IPP, O&M, EPC, ASIF, COMMON and HQ and departments and guarantee the reliability of the information reported,
- Establish a schedule for reporting information according to the deadlines,
- Develop and implement management and monitoring tools, SoPs & Guidelines drawing rules and procedures as well as verification of their proper use with operational staff and other departments taking part in the reporting of information. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures,
- Establish management rules and processes for the entire scope.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- B.Sc. Degree in Accounting / Finance,
- Master in Finance or any of other similar degrees / certificates (i.e. CMA, IFRS, etc.) is an asset,
- 6-10 Years of Experience, preferable to include Financial Controller’s title in a multinational context,
- Advanced handling knowledge of one or more ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.),
- Very good knowledge of the Financial Controlling areas, with the following ones as special needs: Consolidation, Corporate Treasury Management, Inter-companies Accounting and Reconciliation, Taxation systems and skills,
- Good knowledge of IFRS Standards as well as Local GAAP;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel;
- Microsoft office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint;
- Very good level in English. Good to Excellent knowledge of French would be a plus.
