Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and inspect products received from sellers throughout the outbound process.
* Ensure sellers comply with product quality standards and specifications before dispatch.
* Conduct quality checks on products, packaging, labeling, and stacking.
* Ensure products meet the required standards before being handed over for delivery.
* Coordinate with sellers and warehouse operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Identify, report, and follow up on product defects and quality discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.
Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
* Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with quality standards, product inspection, and packaging processes.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven.
