Experience:
6 + years Role Summary Seeking an experienced Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI) Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in trade finance, FTI customization, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and customize FTI workflows, business rules, screens, and validations.
• Execute FTI upgrades, patches, migrations, and defect remediation.
• Provide L3/L4 production support, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Integrate FTI with core banking, SWIFT, payment, AML, and compliance systems.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, regression testing, UAT, and go-live.
• Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and client teams.
• Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI), including upgrades and migrations.
• Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs.
• UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, SQL, and Oracle.
• SWIFT MT messages (MT700, MT707, MT760, MT103); ISO 20022/MX preferred.
• Strong trade finance knowledge: Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Standby LC, Collections, and Bills.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and ICC rules: UCP 600, ISP98, and URDG. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Tier-1/Tier-2 banks, CI/CD, release automation, and Agile/SAFe.
• FTI certification.
• Key Evaluation Criteria
• Proven hands-on FTI implementation and upgrade experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution skills.
• Focus on quality, minimal defect leakage, and production stability.
• Strong communication, ownership, and client-handling skills.
