- 11311- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality control metrics and processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including test plans, test cases and test scripts.
- Conduct testing and analysis of products to identify defects, bugs and other quality issues.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools.
- Ensure that defects and bugs are reported, tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in quality control and testing.
- Provide regular reports on quality control metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and identify opportunities for professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality control and testing in a software development environment.
- Strong expertise in quality control methodologies, tools and processes.
- Previous experience in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with source code management tools such as Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
