- **Requirements**:_

- **-A college or university degree, preferably in business specializing in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, or equivalent.**_
- **-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role in retail, sales and/or multi-unit operations an asset.**_
- **-Completed or exempted from the military service if applicable**_
- **-Previous experience in posting and recruiting in U.S. (retail) markets is preferred.**_
- **-Knowledge of full cycle recruitment and best practices.**_
- **-Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.**_
- **-Highly organized and effective time management skills.**_
- **-Able to build strong relationships.**_
- **-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**_
- **-Positive and supportive tone, attitude, and work ethic.**_
- **-Self-starter.**_
- **-Experience in using an ATS, HRIS, or ERP system (i.e. ADP and iCIMS) for maintaining records.**_
**Salary**: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
