_**PURCHASE/SALES COORDINATOR**:_
Job opportunity for an experienced and well-organized Purchase/Sales Coordinator who can provide the necessary support to our field sales team In Al Shorouk City.
**Responsibilities**
- Receiving inquiries, contracts and completing orders.
- Arranging the Tender's cost sheet, documents and quotations.
- Ensuring all procurements and supplies are following governmental regulations.
- Visiting the Materials Management Personnel to provide all materials requirements and get the necessary updates.
- Implementing new procedures to identify all trends concerning regulatory topics.
- Monitoring stock levels through following up with the store team.
- Preparing orders & communication with the concerned supplier.
- Following up all shipments arrangement until port arrival then with customs clearance agents.
- Following up with the store to arrange customer deliveries as per the delivery schedule.
- Electronic archiving of all business documents such as invoices, offers, company documents, agreements, letters... etc.
- Preparing and save relevant financial and non-financial data.
- Preparing reports for all submitted and ongoing tenders.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience Purchase/Sales coordinating in Medical Field.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of trade rules and customs regulations.
Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
