Distribution Center Operation Specialist

Responsibilities: - Responsible for checking, controlling, processing and reporting of all stock adjustments and transfers of stock for warehouse, office and retail store locations from/to different stock categories - Supports the Distribution Center Operations Manager on Stock Counts activities on coordination and execution of action - Coordinates with the Order Fulfillment team from inbound to outbound activities in terms of prioritization and planning to facilitate space management - Supports the Distribution Center Operations Manager on KPI reporting - Helps in maintaining the Service Level Agreements with the service providers and ensures that it is being followed in efficient manner - Supports the Distribution Center Operations Manager on POS & Shop Fixtures inventory and space management - Coordinates the execution plan for store to store transfer with Retail and Service Providers - Responsible for providing the PO Export file or any manual ASN (Advance Shipment Notification) to distribution center for their WMS (Warehouse Management System) requirement in receiving a shipment - Responsible for daily Cycle Count Coordination and Execution, and ensures that all processes are being followed - Supports the Distribution Center Operations Manager on adhoc analysis/reports - Responsible for maintaining an effective processes of handling Damage and Defective goods including data entries on adicomp system and follow up claims approval - Responsible & manages inbound claims from GPS and FZE Buy orders processes
