**-Leasing and Brands Section Head**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial brand management in real estate development or operations companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior involvement in negotiating with global/local brands in fashion, F&B, retail, etc..
- Solid understanding of architectural and MEP requirements for brand setups in mixed-use or retail destinations.
- Ability to collaborate closely with design and construction teams during concept and planning phases.
- Proficient in lease negotiation, contract management, and tenant coordination.
- Strong communication, market research, and stakeholder engagement skills.

▪ Location: (New Damietta): 15th Street - Stadium Road - New Damietta.

▪ Working hours: 6 days\Week and 8 hours\Day (Includes 1-hour break).
