Drafting, editing & typing company’s correspondences for specific departments. - Maintaining an effective filing system and document control. - Performing administrative duties, which require highly, developed secretarial, operational, and supervisory skills. - Follow up on the implementation of operational procedures to maintain a consistent work flow in and out of the office. - Handling the Backup procedure for the entire computer system on weekly basis. - Organizing & assisting in the company’s exhibitions. - Organizing in-house Company functions and training courses facilities. - Sending, receiving faxes & maintaining logs for incoming & outgoing correspondences. - Coordinate purchase-ordering requisitions for services required for different branch departments, follow on all vendor deliveries, related to the supply orders & receipt of deliveries and distribution to requesting departments. - Review all invoices concerned with telephone lines, mobiles, photocopying, machines, supply orders and services requisitions and handle monthly analysis of international and local telephone lines invoices and prepare claims for private calls. - Assist in Budgeting and Budget control in the field of office services & supplies
Good English - professional typing English/Arabic - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Outlook).
