As a Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and engaging nature of our app's content. Your responsibilities will encompass managing menus, banners, logos, item prices, descriptions, and locations. You will conduct regular reviews and analyses, gather insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the sales team and account management team to ensure a proper service level and a great user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the accuracy of app content, including, but not limited to, menus, banners, logos, item prices, descriptions, and locations.
- Perform regular reviews and analyses of app content to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather insights from user feedback and data analytics to refine guidelines and processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new vendors, ensuring their content aligns with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
- Excellent experience working with cross-functional teams and different cultures.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
