OFFER DESCRIPTION:
Casa Merchants is a company based in Casablanca, Morocco, specializing in water treatment. In this sector, Casa Merchants offers solutions for households, offices, agriculture and industries. The main products of Casa Merchants include: reverse osmosis units, metering pumps and softeners.

MISSION:
We are looking for a collaborator who will join our engineering department to develop and strengthen the water treatment team. This collaborator will be responsible for the following:

- Training and Development of the technical team members.
- Technical advice and participation in solving complex technical problems.
- Development of a culture of innovation, operational excellence, research, learning, and the use of the latest water treatment technologies.
- Implementation of operational excellence tools to ensure proper diagnosis of problems and identification of root causes.
- Validation and supervision of the preparation of technical and commercial offers - Study and costing.
- Review and supervision of sizing studies and construction plans (mechanical construction, hydraulics, electricity, automation) and diagrams (process, etc.) developed following best international practices and norms.
- Supervision of the project manager and technicians lead responsible for projects oversight in the workshop and on customers sites.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar position (or in leadership role of a technical department) in water treatment, with expertise in solutions dimensioning, sea water desalination, demineralization process, water potabilization process, and water treatment processes.
- Engineering degree in Process / Electrical / Hydraulic Engineering... or other related disciplines.
- Passionate about water treatment field, operational excellence, training, and knowledge sharing with others.
- Experienced in people management.
- Languages spoken: English, French (preferred).
- 6 Sigma certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, ability to manage several tasks at the same time, and follow-up.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, perseverance, dynamism, versatility, creativity, ingenuity, efficiency, proactivity, analysis and excellent communication.

- The position will be located in the office of Casa Merchants, located in Casablanca, Morocco
- Type of contract: short term (mission 1 to 3 years) or full time position
