Art Director (Design Review) — Contract Clause

Scope:
The Art Director will review all design assets submitted by the team and provide actionable feedback and final approvals.

Duties

  • Check each asset for brief alignment, brand consistency, and technical readiness (sizes, formats, color profiles, accessibility).
  • Provide written feedback in English, ranked by priority (Critical / High / Nice-to-have).
  • Mark each asset as
    Approved
    ,
    Changes Required
    , or
    Rejected
    , with rationale.
  • Maintain an approval log (asset name, version, date/time, status).

Service Levels

  • Initial review within
    1 business day
    for minor updates;
    2 business days
    for multi-asset/major updates.
  • Turnaround on re-submissions within
    1 business day
    .

Acceptance Criteria

  • Meets brief and brand guidelines.
  • Passes technical checks and licensing/IP compliance.
  • Clear hierarchy, legibility, and consistent spacing/grid.

Language & Communication

  • The Art Director is proficient in
    English
    and will conduct all reviews, comments, meetings, and approvals in English.

Reporting & Tools

  • Reviews conducted in Figma/Adobe; comments recorded in the project tracker (e.g., Jira/Asana).
  • Weekly English stand-up for status and blockers.
