**Role Purpose**:
The Public Cloud NOC team leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of cloud engineers who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of public cloud infrastructure. This role requires technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Manage a team of cloud engineers who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of public cloud infrastructure 24*7.
- Ensure that all team members are meeting their objectives and that work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the team is meeting business needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer’s cloud infrastructure is integrated with monitor system.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure that cloud infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and availability, and take action to address issues as needed
- periodic meeting with our Enterprise customers to address all issues and create way forward to enhance the customer’s experience.
- working on monitoring tools to build the required reports for our Emprise’s Customers.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Communication Engineering
- At least 4 years of technical experience in IT infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and VMware’s products (Vsphere, NSX).
- Strong experience on DNS and Active directory.
- Good experience on VRops system to generate some reports for our customers.
- Strong experience for working on monitoring system.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in developing and maintaining processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
