Director of Uc Project Management Practice

**The Director of Unified Communications Project Management Practice (UC PMP)** is an empowered project management role with full end-to-end responsibility to deliver and control result, time, budget and quality for all the projects assigned to him within the Unified Communications Project Management Departement.

The mission of the UC PMP will cover **three main domaines**, these domaines are to be seen as a whole cycle, putting together, the product, the pre-sales, the skills, the governance, the KPIs, the Order to Cash,

**Project Management Practice - **developing the project management practice
- Representing the UCPM department & ESC, actively contributing to the CSO Project Management Evolution Program for a Flexible & Multi Service Project Management for Tomorrow.
- Being responsible for re-evaluating the project management practices at the UCPM department & bringing it in alignment with CS&O Multiservice & Integration project management objectives & methodology.
- Setting & animating the UCPM community around project management job role; learning path v/s profile, priority hard skills (certifications, Synergy, Agile,..) & softskills (Communication & Feedback, Conflict management, Decision making & Leadership,..), lessons learnt, follow-up of KPI,

**Engagement management **- acting in the pre-sales
- Developing boiler plate documentation for pre-sales need around the services proposed by UCSI.
- Participating in the pre-sale phases of the deals, & provide sizing of level of efforts, feasibility & wording for proposal answers.
- Being the single point of contact for differents Unified Communication projects, in the pre-sales phase, needing ressources from UCSI (Unified Communication Solution Implementation).
- Presenting the UCSI answer during customer call if needed, in support to the account team.
- Contributing to the quality of the projects by taking into account the pre-requists needed for each standard product, and according to non-standards, to make sure that the pre-sales team follow up the SAM/ASI process.
- Being key participant, for the non-standard projects, to handover calls bid - to - build & represent the UCSI team members.
- Improve team’s performance by having a critical eye on process, tools, solutions, products and raising suggestions to the right teams: product, process, engineering,

**Professional Services developpement**
- Project Management offer : In direct contact with the “product managers” from marketing, deeply mastering the OBS Project Management Offer content & analyse the gap for the UCPM team’s skills & deliverables to match the positioning.
- Develop the Professional Services offers for the UCPM perimeter & work with internal stakeholders to setup & follow-up an action plan.
- Setup & follow-up through a dashboard the Quote to Bill for the professional services proposed (ie: validation of the quotation made by account team, verification of the project scope, order details & status, cross-cheking time booking by the team, ).

- Industrial capabilities for OBS legacy (data, voice, mobile, etc) and new (SDWAN, UCaaS, IoT,) core managed business : our DNA is to leverage our scale and Quote To Bill platforms to optimize our unit costs, acknowledging that we will increasingly build our skills, processes and tools through an “incubate & scale” framework.
- Orchestration capabilities to deliver an end-to-end consistent experience to our customers across products & services, by coordinating and integrating providers, whether they are internal (OCWS, GSI, OCB, OCD, etc) or external (Carriers, Partners).
- Integration Services that are adjacent to core activities (ie. SDWAN hybrid models which are increasingly “co-managed” models powered by self-care portals).

education, qualifications, and certifications
- Degree in telecommunications field ( Engineering )
- A degree or diploma in Project Management (i.e: PMI) certification or equivalent

- At least 5 years experience in the specified UC solutions
- At least 10 years experience in project management
- Previous involvement in Leading complexe projects is a must
