The Marketing team is looking for a summer intern to work as an Events Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of dynamic event experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing the moving parts that bring events to life. You’ll work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to ensure every event aligns with strategic goals and delivers a seamless experience.

The SSP is our formal internship programs at SIEMENS Software. You will be mentored by guides and work directly with costumers to create direct business impact and again invaluable professional experience

The program is a 2 months summer internship (July & August) 2025. There will be opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas of the software development process, with emphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Collaborate effectively with team member on assigned event logistic tasks.
- Create presentation/content in PowerPoint to be shared with events team.
- Data collection, input, and management for event portfolio planning process.
- Collaborate with communications operations manager writing and providing input to communications plans for promoting events.
- Coordinate with sponsorship and incentive program manager to support the needs of event sponsors.
- Assist Event Strategist and Digital Strategist where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- 3rd year undergraduate students of Mass communication, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Project management/time management
- Must be a self-starter who is curious
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel as well as other project management tools
- Team player and willing to collaborate within a team environment.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
