Scope & Purpose of the Job:
Performs all tasks of the Production Manager in terms of managing the production departments in all their stages in efficiently and effectively to achieve the objectives of the company’s production plans and the strategic directions of the company

Principal Accountabilities:
Follow up on all behaviors and technical performance of his subordinates, and provide directions, instructions and advice necessary to correct deviations and develop performance levels for all
Measuring performance levels objectively and impartially for all subordinates under his supervision.
Determining outstanding levels of performance, and participating in the implementation of incentive and reward systems that help raise the morale of his distinguished employees.
Develop production strategy, plan annual budget for the production activities to achieve the company’s annual goals
Develop and follow-up on the implementation of all operational systems to ensure increased productivity and optimal use of resources.
Follow up the performance of all sections in the department to ensure the implementation of all general policies of the company
Coordination with the supply chain dept. and the COO regarding the expected sales plans upon which the basis for the production plan is laid.
Develop a plan to measure the current capacity of production at the level of different operating conditions and according to each type of product
Setting the standard and estimated production times in cooperation with the supply chain for all production stages, starting from receiving orders for the purchase of raw materials to receiving and loading the product and its exit from the factory
Holds periodic meetings (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual) with the work team in the factory, the production department to which he belongs, and take corrective measures in the event of any obstacles appearing, and recording the results and decisions and presenting them to the COO & CEO in accordance with the approved procedures of M&A Glass
Ensures that documents are kept and deposited - under his responsibility - in their files in a timely manner in accordance with the procedures and performance measures approved by the Department

KPIs:
The actual production rate compared to the plan
Percentage of waste during the production process
The accuracy and quality of the production process of the production department in accordance with the approved specifications
Number of customer complaints about product quality
Time spent in solving machine operation problems
Productivity of production team
Deliverables on time, quantity and quality required.
Accuracy of standardized times of production
Production and operational efficiency rate
The number of cases of default in the production plan
Daily and periodic reports submitted to the COO in accordance with the approved specifications of the Production Department
Commitment to the documentary cycle, policies and procedures for production management
Subordinates’ absence rate
Committing to the instructions of HSE
The percentage of labor turnover in production department
