Description:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Planning, managing and monitoring all the activities, processes and operations within the plant including mainly the production and packaging processes, in addition to overseeing final production delivery in accordance to the set plans, quality standards and assigned budget.
- Implementing manufacturing strategy, action plans and processes to improve productivity and efficiency and fully utilize manpower, equipment, facilities and material
- Supervising the implementation of the manufacturing plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with Hikma’s rules and policies
- Developing the production function’s work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the Department's goals and plans.
- Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the production function.
- Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.
- Providing operational and technical direction with regards to the various aspects and phases of the production to ensure professional and timely execution of production plans within the allocated resources and budgets.
- Establishing the manufacturing policies and procedures that comply with corporate policies related to production processes and ensuring their proper implementation across the plant to achieve Hikma objectives.
- Maintaining quality standards among all operations within the Production in order to achieve Hikma objectives.
- Troubleshoots and investigates complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line, and rearranges work plans and resources accordingly to ensure continuity of operations.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy.
- (10-15) Years of experience related to Pharmaceutical manufacturing (At least Three years of experience as Production Manager)
- Extensive knowledge of Material, Equipment, Solid & Orals manufacturing
- Excellent Communication & Strategic planning skills.
- Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills
