**Role Overview**:
As Customer Systems Author you will develop a deep and broad understanding of Bupa Global and its frontline teams. You will be responsible for accurately and successfully maintaining the knowledge base and for identifying and analysing business needs.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide Subject Matter Expert support in creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge contents
- Engage with various business teams as a knowledge ambassador
- Maintain and nurture stakeholder relationships and liaise with internal customers
- Test the functionality of new and existing rules to ensure they’re fit for purpose by overseeing planning, development, and execution of rules
- Take responsibility for updating and maintaining business rule process documentation
- Work closely with external vendors and optimise existing customer systems by identifying areas for improvement
- Manage configurations for campaigns such as creating, updating, or reconfiguring chatbots

**What you’ll bring**:

- Academic experience in English Language or English essay writing equivalent (e.g., History)
- Proven track record which demonstrates Information Technology, Financial or Commercial understanding
- Previous experience in knowledge management or proficiency in writing knowledge or process contents
- High level of proficiency in English language both written and oral communication
- Previous experience in customer services or IT within a regulated environment
