**What you’ll do**:
Works on the gaming vertical under the content marketing & delivering an end to end consumer centric proposition as well as a calendar of activities with ambitious targets that deliver on the gaming objectives in light of our strategy. The key focus is growing the gaming vertical under the content team by offering innovative and consumer centric propositions & activities through delivering the commercial plan based on solid consumer understanding to maximize our leadership in the market.

**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:

- Implement the gaming strategy & formulate a fully integrated plan and put it into action in order to achieve VF Egypt market share and growth targets
- Understand the key trends in the gaming content industry that we need to leverage and ride on
- Support on the gaming vertical end to end journey and experience across the different services and segments offered by VF Egypt
- Manage the internal stakeholder among the support functions to be fully accountable on our strategy and ensure proper delivery of the marketing calendar activities and new initiatives
- Manage and build smart partnerships with the external partners and make sure they are aligned with our commercial objectives to offer full support to have successful launches both commercially and financially
- Key performance indicators:
- Overachieve the gaming vertical KPIs to maximize growth in terms of revenues and market positioning
- Be able to manage the partners and represent the organization as the market leader.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems and excellent stake-holders management
- Ability to innovatively design and launch commercial offerings, propositions & business models
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills & ability to lead other functions
- Strong knowledge of reporting & data analysis
- Flexibility and ability to manage in a fast changing environment
- A passion for e-gaming and an e-gamer fanatic / player

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- 3-7 years of Marketing Experience
- Team management / stakeholders management
- Analytical Skills & presentation skills
