**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner at Dsquares, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define and deliver innovative loyalty products. You will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and success of your assigned product.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, turning them into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with the product vision and strategic goals.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Drive the successful launch and adoption of new product features, ensuring effective communication and training materials.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from users and clients, incorporating it into product planning and development cycles.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and gathering user feedback.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Education & Experience**:

- 2-3 Years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in loyalty programs or a similar industry is a plus.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are desirable but not required.
