**JOB PURPOSE**:
We're looking for a highly skilled individual with **inbound sales experience** in the **EU to Egypt trade route**. This role is responsible for **planning and developing all sales activities** within the designated country.

You will **build strong customer relationships** and **negotiate terms** to maximize the net contribution from each customer and the country as a whole. A key part of your role will be to **proactively identify and develop new business opportunities** with both new and existing clients to drive growth.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This role is outside sales, mainly with well knowledge and customer portfolio in intra Europe & Intra med trade Inbound flow into Egypt specially from Europe considering the expansion in EU services into EG.
- Visit new and existing customers within designated sales area to negotiate prices, securing best cargo mix to meet the various volume and net contribution targets set as per Sales plan.
- Maintain personal relationship with all key customers.
- Liaise with Operations, Customer Service and other departments to overcome operational issues.
- Ensure overall that communication between Sales and other departments is running smoothly.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- A bachelor level education
- Aware well about the industry and have very strong sales capability in the shipping field or Frieght Forward.
- Strong sales capability in the shipping field is a must
- An excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing
- +3 years **inbound experience in the EU to EG trade
- is a must**.

- Strong communication skills, good at interpersonal relationships.
- Prone to teamwork.
